David Steinepreis Reduces Stake in Company To 2.3%
Beowulf Mining Plc. said David Steinepreis has further reduced his holding in the company to 1.85 million shares, or 2.3 percent from 3.0 million shares, or 3.75 percent, previously.
On June 2, Steinepreis, former chairman of Ascent Capital, purchased RAB Capital's entire 10.82 pct stake in Beowulf, but has gradually reduced his holding in the past two months.
