Beowulf Mining PLC (AIM: BEM ; Aktietorget: BEO) ('the Company'), the AIM and Aktietorget - traded mineral exploration company which owns several exploration projects in Sweden announces that Mr. Clive Sinclair-Poulton, who was appointed as a director on 5 June 2008, has become Executive Chairman and Dr. Robert Douglas Young, formerly Chairman and Chief Executive Officer has relinquished his Chairman role and is now solely Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
