London: 13 December 2005. The directors of Beowulf Mining PLC ("Beowulf") the AIM listed copper, gold and uranium explorer, are pleased to report the signing of an option and earn-in agreement on the Ballek 2, 3 and 4 exploration permits that cover 100 square kilometres of Arjeplog County of Northern Sweden.

Vismand Exploration Inc ("Vismand") has been granted an option to acquire a 50% interest in the licences by undertaking deep sensing Titan 24 geophysical surveys (which includes induced polarization, resistivity and magneto telluric methods), and 3000 metres of diamond drilling. Vismand have agreed to regular press releases and to conduct the program in an agreed time period.

The surveys are intended to identify targets associated with the gravity anomaly under the claim block.
