Beowulf Mining changes terms of Ballek JV with Agricola Resources
LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Beowulf Mining Plc. and Agricola Resources Plc said they have changed the terms of they Ballek joint venture.
Agricola will no longer be required to complete a magneto telluric geophysical survey on the Beowulf's Ballek licences in northern Sweden but instead will have to complete an extra 200 meters of diamond drilling.
Agricola will have to complete the remainder of the revised work programme by June 30, 2009, to earn a 51 percent interest in the Ballek Project.
